Puzzlewood in Gloucestershire is the sort of place that you feel sure contains an old, earthy magic. It made the perfect location for this wild and untamed autumnal shoot, where our lovely models flitted among the trees like wood nymphs.

This was a foliage heavy shoot, and the vast majority of the leaves and flowers used were home grown here on my flower farm. I wanted to keep bright colour to a minimum and work with the natural palette of the surroundings, choosing one bouquet in predominantly russet and red tones, and one enormous, green, trailing bouquet filled with the fresh smell of leaves. It looked like the bride was carrying a miniature world in her arms, which made me very happy indeed.
